![]() Anybody have any ideas? Thanks.īTW, connecting from my work computer (it's a simple Dell with Windows 10) to my laptop (a few year old Acer also with Windows 10)and vise versa works just fine. I searched for an answer but couldn't find anything except a post here about someone with a similar issue, but he said there was a popup that said he had to accept or something. Also tap the Windows key, the Menu key (the other 'new' key added for Windows) and any other modifier keys. While the RDP window is active, tap each of the left and right Ctrl, Shift and Alt keys. ![]() Well, I just tried from my work computer and same thing. Firstly, I assume your keyboard is working fine for a non-RDP window. Copy the Administrator and Password from earlier and paste it here. In the PC name, copy the EC2 Instance IP address, then click Add. Because the focus is still activated, the remote desktop ActiveX object cannot set the focus of the remote desktop session again when you change the focus back to the session. ![]() At the top, click the + Icon and choose Desktop. It's like a screen was between my mouse and the monitor preventing me from clicking. After installation, Open Microsoft Remote Desktop. Left click on it, then youll see an option called passwords. It connected just fine, I saw the screen, the mouse was moving. Yes In the nearly upper right of your chrome browser you will see a circle picture of you or your initials. The other day I went to test the connection to my Mac (I hadn't made sure it was working since changing passwords) with my laptop to my Mac. I change the password on all of them and everything is fine. I have my work computer/my personal laptop/my Mac desktop all synced in Chrome with my Google profile. I don't think so, but whatever, I'll do it to be safe. So recently I had to change my Gmail password cause they thought I was hacked.
